HealZen Therapeutics announced today that its solely developed innovative immune-oncology drug, the HPK1 degrader HZ-S109, was presented in a poster session at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) meeting held in Houston, Texas.

HZ-S109 is a highly potent and unique HPK1 degrader, with preclinical studies demonstrating its high selectivity and strong HPK1 degradation activity; durable and profound immune activation capabilities; excellent in-vivo antitumor activity; superior pharmacokinetic properties across multiple species; and good safety profile. The HPK1 degrader is expected to become a new strategy in tumor immunotherapy, with the product currently in the preclinical stage.
